Tritare al mixer la rucola con il pecorino, le noci e l' aglio.
Unire un poco di pepe macinato al momento e l' olio a filo sufficiente ad ottenere un composto della consistenza desiderata.
Conservare in frigorifero in un barattolo a chiusura ermetica.
